Not really into talking too much about myself but if we want to connect it’s important we get to know each other a bit more.
Well here it goes… in two words super tall and adventurous. I love spending time outdoors camping, hiking and exploring and that’s where a lot of my inspiration comes from. I’m also a drummer and I love to play at my church which you can probably see me play there once in a while. Once upon a time I was also in a band too. Someday I wish to own a built off road truck that can take me to remote places. Well, I have one I just need to get to work on it… Lately I’ve been a fan of shooting with film and that’s something I randomly add during wedding days and other sessions as well. I’m a huge advocate in trying new things because why not and lately that’s been kayaking, fishing, and working on mopeds. Drink way too much coffee and I probably equal out the ratio of making my own coffee and going to a coffee shop all year long. It’s now 2019 and I’m coming around 3 years of photographing weddings and I’m really loving it.

I like to keep things simple. If you’re thinking “hey, we’re not comfortable being in front of the camera”. Hey you and me both! It’s just a weird experience when someone points the camera at you and a million things start going through your mind and the one thing you can’t do is “look normal”. And honestly about 90% percent of the couples that I worked with said the same exact thing. I do my best to keep things laid back, simple and honestly real for the most part. There’s a reason why I do this photography thing in the first place. It’s always the real things that matter more than the typical posed shots we’ve seen on Pinterest or Instagram. I’m more into keeping things simple and real during sessions. Because when you’ll be looking back at your photos 1, 5, 10, even 20 years from now, you’re not gonna care about the trendy pose, or the trendy edit on the photos, heck what even type of camera I used. All that’s gonna matter is that you were in love and that these memories will mean a lot more to the years to come. So all I ask is that you be you and I’ll be me and we’ll just focus on having all the fun while shooting.
